Underbone tuner is a free online magazine for Underbones, Scooters, Backbones and occasionally we might squeeze in a big bike or two . We have been covering small motorcycles modifying culture for over 8 years already and still counting. We have the latest updates/news on motorcycle racing events from all over the country such as circuit, motocross, flat track, endurance, trail and supermoto. We cover motorshows from all over the country. We cover the latest bike launches and the latest trends in bike modifying culture.

But at the core of Underbone Tuner is the bike modifying / customizing culture. We scour the country for the best motorcycle builders/modifiers. We feature the owners of these amazing bikes and the talented teams and individuals behind these bikes. We give you the story behind those builds and hopefully we inspire others to keep this fascinating culture alive.

OZR GP 3RD Leg : Track Preview and Presscon

First of all Underbone Tuner would like to thank the generous President of OZR
Corp. Zandro Fajardo for taking care of all the media in attendance for the
Press conference. We would also like to thank the generous owner of Portofino
Manny Zamora for the great food.

OZR GP 3 will kick-off tomorrow. Practice run and qualifying July 25 and
Race day July 26. Free up you schedules and witness the best riders of Cebu
as they light-up Mactan Island with their on-track wizardry.

All riders and spectators can use the back gate of Portofino which is near the
race track.

1. Arnel UT: What can Underbone Racing Fans expect on the 3rd Leg of the OZR GP 2009?

Zandro Fajardo: Underbone racing fans will certainly be amazed by the
venue itself. Portofino Beach resort has spectacular scenery,
exotic ambience and will be a totally unique experience for
racing fans. We have a new exciting race track, lots of high
speed action and sharp technical turns, the race will keep you
on the edge of your seat.

2. Arnel UT: Aside from the new venue. What are the new segments of the OZR GP
3rd leg?

Chad Mascarinas: For the 3rd leg there will be a new category. the Firs
Timer category. It will be open to riders who have no prior
experience in circuit racing. this is for 110-125 cc. There
will also be guest riders from dumaguete who will be joining
the race.

3. Arnel UT: What convinced Portifino Beach Management to become a major sponsor
of the race?

Manny Zamora: First of all I am a sports minded person and I’m a big fan of
sporting activities so it was easy for me to decide to become
a sponsor of the event. It was also a way for Portofino Beach
to reach out to the community and improve its relationship with
it. Its also my way of helping the sport grow even more and
we look forward to hosting these kinds of events in
the future.

4. Arnel UT: Why did OZR Corp. decide to stage the races on different venues?

Zandro Fajardo: I believe it will be a challenge to our riders, it will
be a chance for them to test their skills on different race
tracks. Staging the race on different venues would also keep
the riders and the fans interested and excited every
race, just like the moto gp.

5. Arnel UT: what preparations have you made for the 3rd leg? what adjustments
are you going to do for this particular race?

Gary Caneda Jr.: First of all my team and I are going to prepare our bike
for a high speed type of race. I cant wait to practice and
get a feel of the track. I will also do my very best to win
the race.
